Born in Kobe, with a career spanning 40 years in the hospitality industry. During this time, served as the restaurant manager and chef sommelier at the Kobe branch of the three-star French restaurant "Alain Chapel" and worked extensively at the main dining of luxury hotels in Kobe. In 2023, honored as a Knight (Chevalier) by the Champagne Knights (Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne). "I hope you can enjoy the 'Auberge Stay,' savoring the unique flavors, accommodations, atmosphere, and time that can only be experienced in this region."
