Under the supervision of Chef Keiji Azuma, who honed his skills in Michelin-starred restaurants across France and served as the head chef in renowned establishments in Tokyo, we offer a repertoire of classic and never-tiring French cuisine, utilizing local ingredients.
With a cellar stocked with over two thousand bottles of wines directly imported from France, we ensure a stable condition, eagerly awaiting their turn to grace the dining experience.
As a member of the Champagne Knights, our restaurant manager and sommelier, who holds the title of "Knight," will recommend wines tailored to complement your dishes and preferences.
Enjoy your gastronomic experience in our restaurant with high ceilings, providing a sense of openness and relaxation.

Greeting

  • Cuisine Supervisor: Keiji Azuma

    Born in Naka-Furano, Hokkaido. He honed his skills in over ten Michelin-starred restaurants in Switzerland and France, returning to Japan afterward.
    Since 1984, he served as the chef at "Il de France" in Roppongi (later moved to Omotesando) for 14 years. Following that, he took on the role of chef with the opening of "Le Conseil" in Roppongi Ark Hills. After venturing out on his own, he now passionately practices his culinary skills every day at "Bouchon D'Or Chez Azuma" in Ginza.
    He has also authored in the book “Necessary weight” as part of the Chuo Koronsha Chef Series.

  • Restaurant Manager & Sommelier: Takashi Komae

    Born in Kobe, with a career spanning 40 years in the hospitality industry. During this time, served as the restaurant manager and chef sommelier at the Kobe branch of the three-star French restaurant "Alain Chapel" and worked extensively at the main dining of luxury hotels in Kobe. In 2023, honored as a Knight (Chevalier) by the Champagne Knights (Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne).

At Bar Le Rêve, we offer a diverse selection of drinks, primarily focusing on those from France. Whether it's a moment of aperitif while waiting or deciding on the menu or the endless enjoyment after dinner, you can enjoy a drink in this place.
We also have a cigar room where you can fully appreciate post-dinner cigars alongside cognac or other French liquor and a library with a wide and deep collection of art books and photography books, providing a sense of the richness of European culture.
