Following the great success of our June event featuring Château Pétrus 1976, we are pleased to present a second special event featuring Échézeaux1979 (Domain de la Romanée Conti) and Gibier dinner on Saturday, November 29, 2025. 

This one-night-only experience begins with refined rosé Champagne, followed by prestigious white wine from Burgundy and the iconic Domaine de la Romanée-Conti Échézeaux 1979.

Executive Chef Tatsuya Hoshino will present a special menu celebrating the flavors of Shinshu’s autumn season and exquisite game meats. Enjoy the harmonious pairing of exceptional wines and refined cuisine.

Interested guests can also enjoy a private tour of our wine cellar guided by our sommelier, where over 2,000 bottles are carefully stored.
