Introducing the Desserts of the Second “Sweets Week with Pâtissière Shoko Hirase”

Announcement

Following its successful debut during Golden Week, “Sweets Week with Pâtissière Shoko Hirase” will return this August for a second edition.

During this special week, pâtissière Shoko Hirase, the chef pâtissière at Restaurant L’aube, a Michelin one-star restaurant in Higashi-Azabu, Tokyo, will present a new selection of exclusive sweets, made with fresh summer ingredients from the Shinshu region. Come and enjoy these exceptional sweets created just for this occasion.

On the opening day, Saturday, August 9, Chef Pâtissière Shoko Hirase will be present herself to welcome all our guests.

The café operates on a walk-in basis and does not require reservations.
