French Toast
French Toast is now available as a new main breakfast dish.

Prepared with a special custard mixture made with premium milk and eggs from the Yatsugatake Highlands, the bread is slowly soaked to fully absorb its rich flavor before being carefully baked to a golden finish.

The gentle sweetness and comforting aroma rising from the freshly prepared French toast will softly accompany the peaceful mornings of Tateshina.

Truffle Omelet
For the egg dish served with our main breakfast selection, “American Breakfast,” guests may now choose a newly introduced Truffle Omelet.（An additional fee will be charged.） 

Prepared with premium eggs and milk from the Yatsugatake Highlands and enriched with fragrant CALPIS butter, this omelet offers a rich and elegant aroma alongside its delicate texture.

Enjoy it together with our sweet and full-bodied Madeira sauce.

Guests selecting main dishes other than the “American Breakfast” may also order the Truffle Omelet as an additional dish.

Pancakes
Pancakes are now available as part of our “Kids Breakfast” menu.

Served in a classic style, these fluffy pancakes can be enjoyed with generous amounts of homemade jam and maple syrup.

Adult guests may also order the Pancakes as an additional dish.

In addition to the main dishes, we also offer a colorful buffet featuring salads, fresh fruits, cereals, and more.
