
From Thursday, May 1st to Monday, May 5th we will be hosting the “Sweets Week of Pâtissière Shoko Hirase”.
During this special week, Shoko Hirase, the chef pâtissière at Restaurant L’aube, a Michelin one-star restaurant in Higashi-Azabu, Tokyo, and the winner of the Best Pâtissier award from the prestigious French restaurant guide Gault & Millau, will present a selection of exclusive desserts showcasing the fresh, seasonal ingredients of springtime in the Shinshu region, Nagano.
This special dessert can be enjoyed in the dinner course, and also during the café time with special sweet set menu. Furthermore, on May 1st, Shoko Hirase will be present herself to welcome all our guests.
Relax and enjoy the surroundings of Tateshina during spring, when wildflowers come into full bloom, and the natural beauty of the highlands grows even more radiant.
