Under the supervision of Chef Keiji Azuma, who honed his skills in Michelin-starred restaurants across France and served as the head chef in renowned establishments in Tokyo, we offer a repertoire of classic and never-tiring French cuisine, utilizing local ingredients.
With a cellar stocked with over two thousand bottles of wines directly imported from France, we ensure a stable condition, eagerly awaiting their turn to grace the dining experience.
As a member of the Champagne Knights, our restaurant manager and sommelier, who holds the title of "Knight," will recommend wines tailored to complement your dishes and preferences.

Executive Chef Tatsuya Hoshino
Born in Shinjuku, Tokyo, he refined his skills at acclaimed establishments including Chez Lui and Restaurant Passion in Daikanyama, as well as Île de France in Aoyama. It was at Île de France that he met Chef Keiji Azuma, forging a mentorship that would span more than 30 years. In 2024, with the opening of HOTEL de L’ALPAGE, he was appointed Executive Chef of Le Jardin under Chef Azuma’s guidance. Following Chef Azuma’s passing in March 2025, he now carries forward his mentor’s vision, dedicating himself each day to the pursuit of “fine dining to enjoy every day.”

Restaurant Manager & Sommelier: Takeshi Komae
Born in Kobe, with a career spanning 40 years in the hospitality industry. During this time, served as the restaurant manager and chef sommelier at the Kobe branch of the three-star French restaurant "Alain Chapel" and worked extensively at the main dining of luxury hotels in Kobe. In 2023, honored as a Knight (Chevalier) by the Champagne Knights (Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne).
